The name Katascope comes from the idea of looking again — gently shifting perspective to better understand yourself, your patterns, and what’s holding you back. Counselling here isn’t about fixing you.
It’s about helping you make sense of where you are, and supporting you to move forward in a way that feels right.

How I can support you
People come to counselling for many reasons. You might be feeling stuck, overwhelmed, disconnected, or simply aware that something needs to change — even if you can’t quite name it yet.
